RARE, ANTIQUE, COPPER ENGRAVING OF TRAVEL This 204 year old copper engraving is from the book "A General View of the World, Geographical, Historical & Philosophical" by Rev. E. Blomfield, dated 1807. The publisher was Bungay, Brightly & Kinnersley.
This engraved print has an image that is about 5 " x 7 " on a leaf or page that is 8 " x 10 1/2". It is in very good condtion. It is suitable for framing and would be an excellent gift. The print that is being sold is of "A Saadi, or Egyptian Quack Curing a Sick Man by Pretending Conjurations With Serpents.". |
