ANTIQUE FISH COLOURED LITHOGRAPH PRINT OF FISH
This 153 year old chromolithograph or colored lithograph print is from F. Muller's "ATLAS ICHTHYOLOGIQUE DES INDES ORIENTALES NEERLANDAISES" published by Peter Bleeker in Amsterdam in 1862. The plates were printed in color by C.W. Mieling and finished by hand.
CONDITION
The CHROMOLITHOGRAPH print is in very good condition, with minimal, natural age toning. The image is about 16" x 10 " on a page that is 17 1/2 " x 11 1/2 ". (blank on back) The engraving is suitable for framing and would be an excellent gift.
