COPPER ENGRAVED MAP
This 159 year old HAND-COLORED copper engraved map was rescued from the atlas "El Globo, Atlas Historico " by A.H. Dufour It was published by Gaspar y Roig of Madrid in about 1855.
This hand colored map print is in very good condition with some minor age toning. The size of the image is about 11 1/2" x 8 1/2"on a page that is 13" x 10", blank on the back with fold. It is suitable for framing and would be an excellent gift.
The map that is being offered is entitled "IMPERIO DE CARLOGAGNO, GASPAR Y ROIG, MADRID 1855".
