ANTIQUE GOLDSMITH ANIMAL PRINT This 203 year old print is from Oliver Goldsmith's "THE HISTORY OF THE EARTH, AND ANIMATED NATURE" published in London by Vernor, Hood & Sharpe. On this copper engraving, the size of the image is about 6" x 3" on a page that is about 7 1/2" x 4 1/2". It is in very good condtion with age toning. The image has an electronic watermark that is not on the print that you receive.The print that is being sold is of "THE PELICAN & THE ALBATROSS". |
