This hand colored re-strike is from Mrs. Frank Leslie's "ILLUSTRATED FAMOUS LEADERS AND BATTLES OF THE CIVIL WAR" published in New York in 1896.

This is a re-strike (re-print) of the original plate from Frank Leslie’s Illustrated newspaper. On the back of the featured image is a portrait of General Walter Q. Gresham. This print has an image that is about 10" x 9" on a leaf or page that is 16" x 11".  It is in very good condition.   The hand colored lithograph print is suitable for framing and would be an excellent gift.
